"Beautiful as Aphrodite, wise as Athena, stronger than Hercules and swifter than Mercury."
Wonder Woman was formed from clay by the Queen of the Amazons and was imbued with the attributes of the Greek and Roman gods by Athena. Her powers include superhuman strength, flight, super speed, super stamina, super agility, animal-like cunning, the ability to communicate with the animal kingdom, telepathy, profound scientific knowledge, and the ability to speak every language known to man and beyond - and on top of that she is as beautiful as the Goddess of love, beauty and sexuality. In other words, she is perfect - so if a woman should aspire to be anyone, it should be her.
That's where MAC comes in. They have just unleashed their new range of Wonder Woman inspired cosmetics. It shows clear inspiration from 70s fashion - on trend for Spring/Summer 2011, as well as bringing a fun feel to the range. They have created colourful, pop-art inspired packaging in the classic red, blue and yellow colours of her costume with the iconic Wonder Woman star logo that is sure to make an impact.
MAC are known for being a number one choice among professional make-up artists, providing a wide range of products to suit a range of ethnicities and customer needs. The range will include colours from the usual collection, products usually reserved for PRO accounts, and limited edition items. On top of the liquid eyeliners, lipsticks, eye shadows and glitters - in a delicious palette of 70s inspired colours - you can purchase iconic make-up bags, mirrors and make-up brush sets, as well as a t-shirt and bag. As with all MAC limited collections, the MAC Wonder Woman collection is sure to fly off the shelves. So if anybody fancies buying me a present, you better rush!
